Dr Jennifer Ng completed her medical degree at University of Melbourne with honours in 1996. She has worked in UK, Australia and New Zealand with specialist qualifications in UK and Australasia for internal medicine and rheumatology (MRCP and FRACP, 1999 and 2005). She has also completed diploma of dermatological sciences and musculoskeletal medicine (DDSC and DipMSM).
In 2005, she worked in Diamantina Institute in Professor Thomas Unit (Pfizer articulum scholarship)doing research in lupus and rheumatoid arthritis and also as a rheumatologist and general medicine physician in Princess Alexandra and Logan Hospitals.
In 2007, she started private practice in Gold Coast. She has visiting rights to Gold Coast University Hospital, Allamanda and Pindara Hospitals. In 2012, she established Paradise Arthritis and Rheumatology Pty Ltd. She continues to be involved in clinical and basic science research and has several peer reviewed publications.
Dr Jennifer Ng is an adjunct associate professor at Griffith University and is the current Treasurer and board member of Australian Rheumatology Association.
Dr Jennifer Ng enjoys living on the Gold Coast with her husband and her 2 boys.
